Our Team

The Critter Guy is the oldest family-owned nuisance wildlife business in the Roanoke area. Here are some of the people who will be working with you, should you choose to employ our nuisance wildlife services:

Andy Sizer, Owner

My name is Andy Sizer, and I am the owner and operator of The Critter Guy, Inc. We are the most experienced local family-owned and operated nuisance wildlife company in the Roanoke, VA and New River Valley areas. I am a native of the Roanoke area. It was my lifelong dream to work in the field of nuisance wildlife removal. I started my career on the family farm, protecting farm animals and equipment from all kinds of nuisance wildlife. After ten years of employment with the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources, I finally decided I wanted to go into business for myself professionally and do what I have always wanted to do. During my employment there and with my other lifelong pursuits, I have become familiar with various residential, commercial, governmental, and rural wildlife conflicts and have many years of experience navigating complex wildlife regulations.

I am very capable of making repairs of animal damage to structures. I have many years of practical working experience in various construction trades, both residential and commercial. I recognize and have many methods to deal with the shortcomings of modern construction and the common modes of degradation of older construction that allows ever-adaptable animals to gain access.

All of these things come together to give you a very knowledgeable and professional nuisance wildlife animal problem solver, dedicated to helping Southwestern Virginia and beyond.

Cathy Sizer, Co-Owner

Cathy Sizer handles the phones and the office end of our business. She is also a fully-licensed nuisance wildlife technician, frequently assisting with our larger projects, and sometimes handles some of the many smaller jobs we need to go out and do. If you have any questions or concerns, she is happy to assist you. Find our number at The Critter Guy's contact information page.

Other Technicians

Andy and Cathy aren't the only technicians we employ. The Critter Guy's larger jobs frequently involve our assistant nuisance wildlife technicians.
